A. Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope, Customers

(1) These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between Kroter Richter GbR (Luctor), Kaulenberg 4, 06108 Halle (Saale), represented by the partners Philipp Richter and Bryan Kroter (hereinafter "Luctor" or "we"), and customers (consumers) in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.

(2) Customers within the meaning of these T&C are exclusively consumers pursuant to § 13 German Civil Code (BGB).

(3) We deliver to customers in Germany and selected EU countries. Delivery outside the EU is currently not available.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept this offer either by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

(3) Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order has been submitted but does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) Prices include statutory VAT (where applicable) and other price components and are shown exclusive of shipping costs.

(2) Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Klarna instant transfer, and other options available at checkout.

(3) The customer is obliged to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date payment information.

§ 4 Shipping, Delivery, and Delivery Times

(1) Delivery is carried out by a print-on-demand partner. As a result, longer delivery times may apply. These are communicated during checkout.

(2) Deliveries are only made to addresses within Germany and selected EU countries.

(3) Delivery time is usually 7–14 business days. Deviations are possible and will be displayed on a case-by-case basis.

(4) Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstationen) is not possible.

§ 5 Shipping Costs and Import Duties

(1) Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the order process and vary depending on the country of delivery.

(2) For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and must be borne by the customer.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Luctor until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal and Returns

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate cancellation policy.

(2) The customer bears the cost of return shipping. A free return label is not provided.

(3) For individually designed products (e.g., print-on-demand goods with personalization), the right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

§ 8 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 9 Liability

(1) We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

(2) In the case of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

(3) Otherwise, liability is excluded.

§ 10 Contract Language and Storage

(1) The contract language is German.

(2) The contract text is not stored permanently by us. The customer may print or electronically save it before submitting the order.

§ 11 Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission discontinued the Online Dispute Resolution platform (OS platform) as of July 20, 2025. Further information and current notices on alternative dispute resolution can be found at: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 12 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) For consumers, this applies only insofar as mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence do not take precedence.

§ 13 Final Provisions

(1) Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

(6) Information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the separate cancellation policy.

(7) The contract may be concluded in German.

In case of discrepancies between the German and English versions, the German version shall prevail.
