Shipping Conditions (English – for convenience only)

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Germany and selected countries of the European Union. Shipping outside the EU is unfortunately not possible. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact us – we are happy to help.

Shipping Costs
Germany:
Standard shipping: €4.90
Free shipping for orders over €80

EU (selected countries):
Shipping costs: €9.90
Free shipping for orders over €120

Delivery Time (Production + Shipping)
Since our products are made print-on-demand, additional production times apply. The total delivery time is composed as follows:

Germany: Production 1–5 business days + shipping 1–2 business days → approx. 2–7 business days in total
EU countries: Production 1–5 business days + shipping 2–5 business days → approx. 3–10 business days in total

We strive to manufacture and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow additional time for highly personalized or larger orders.

Please note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Sustainable Shipping
For us, it is not only important what we produce – but also how it reaches you. That is why we ship as plastic-free as possible and climate-neutral with our shipping partners.

Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

Returns & Costs
In the event of a return, you bear the direct costs of return shipping unless otherwise agreed with us. Please register any return with us in advance by email at info@luctorbjj.com. Unannounced returns unfortunately cannot be processed.
